Package Seized
 

A package from China was shipped to me. After a few days of being stuck in Alaska, I got a call from FedEx, giving me a number to call and a case ID. Lost cause? Should I just not call? Ignore letters? Should I be fine? Real address nick name.

FedEx...the worst company in the world to do international business with. Stop using them.

If they said the package was seized, forget about it.

However, if they did not say it was seized, it would not hurt to call them. There can be other things that would cause this to happen besides a customs seizure.

Of courser, if you do this, be careful not to give them too much information, ESPECIALLY if they want to verify your identity or ask for a TAX-ID or SSN.

I do agree Fedex is the worst company in the world to do international business.

The service is very bad and the possiblity of getting seized is 100%.

Local news where I live always has stories about how customs raided the Fedex facility at the airport and seized all sorts of stuff from China and what not. Fedex and DHL are the worst. Use EMS always.

Never send knock-off stuff with FedEx.
