DHL: Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment
 

I have imported a few items before but none of them have has this message before from DHL saying "Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment" , has anyone else had this message before? is they anything i should be worried about? hope someone can give me some help

No it means you need to call them to pay customs charges! It has cleared customs do not worry.

Google the D HL phone number and call them to say you want to pay customs duties on your WAYBI LL number

first guy answered the question correctly.

Maybe the custom think the value is more than declaration on the bill,also they have record for your perious import,so they think you have to pay the import taxes or dutied.

Usually you can call them and you will receive the packages and you can pay it to DHL or you can pay it later.

Because this issue have been happend to our uk friends before.
