just ignore everything and you'll be fine

or take jeff weico's advice and spend $100k on a team of lawyers for no reason.

Your stuff is probably being sent to be destroyed as we speak my friend. When they called you, and asked for "Your Name", I would of said WHO? He/She don't live here. Do you have the shipment in your Name? Any time I order from my suppliers I have them use different names. I think it's time to use a different address, I'm sure your address + maybe your name is on US Customs blacklist.

even if you gave them your name you'll be fine, but yeah, the address they were shipped too is toast for awhile. PO Boxes at the local USPS office are cheap. I paid 23.99 for 6 months for mine. Go open a PO Box under a BS business name at the post office and you're set.

As far as your lost DVD's, contact the supplier, ask if he'll reship. If he won't cut you any sort of deal, tell him you are going to dispute with your CC company. That will scare him and if you actually have to dispute with your CC company you will eventually get your money back. It's a long annoying process though.

Kinda weird. The package cleared customs in Cincinnati and seized in Boston.I just had the same thing happen to me.My package cleared customs in Cincinnati and seized in Michigan. I thought maybe the box broke open in Michigan and they say what was inside. But obviously not.

It is weird, I didn't know Customs would have a 2nd checkpoint for packages. Never seen that before.

@mykim0, maybe EMS would be better in this case.

@slappzilla, He might not have used a CC, I don't know how most of you buy your merch but I usually buy from my suppliers with Western Union, but then again I've done business with my people for a while now. Something about using a CC and china merchandise makes me a little paranoid, lol.

I use western union only with my most trusted supplier because if the supplier really wanted too they could take my western union money and run without issue. That and said supplier gives me a nice discount for using western union over CC.

I use CC for everyone else.

I used to buy off dhgate but never had customs take the stuff away. Worst that ever happened to me was they held onto some stuff for a few days then sent it on its way. Anybody want to buy some foo foo games/dvds? I want ridded of this crap china stuff but don't want to toss it down the toilet.
