What is going on with my parcel.???
 

I ordered two packages of vero items via EMS the one that was sent first still hasn't come but the one that was shipped after has arrived, (It was a much smaller package)

When I check the status the the parcel here is what is says

Parcel number:************
Service: Express 24
Status: Advised
Last tracked at Delivery Agent - GUANGZHOU - PTT

I phoned parcel force and the automated service tells me that it was last tracked leaving GUANGZHOU. The status of the parcel has been like this for 7 days now . I have contacted my supplier and they have no idea either

Please can someone help

If the status is advised, it means china's postal service whether it be EMS for example have advised UK that it is on its way, Its always a pain when getting things delivered from the china to the UK as things take alot of time, but on the bright side, they are usually dirt cheap.

How long has it been since it was posted out?

If it's been more than a month then you need to chase up the delivery service!

Im currently going through the same thing.

My package been 5 days and has not even hit u.s customs yet.

If we dont hear anything in 2 weeks or less its been stolen.

Status: Advised
Meaning on its way,please wait for a few days.

When ordering anything especially Vero I am sure it can be frustrating but don't freak out yet. Unless it says "handed over to customs" AND never gets updated or released then your S.O.L.
