Customs or lying supplier...?
 

Since I received the help from you guys I checked the packaging and it has a sticker on it saying.

"Security check the contents of this package has been checked by a DHL Staff member for security purposes in the presence of the shipper'

What the hell is this. is it customs and why didn't they seize it?

Hard to call on this one, i don't see why a supplier would slightly damage an item though, customs have been known to open packages it's hards to say though, depends of what the item was, would you have reason of it being seized?

I don't think it's possible to find out, however ask yourself how long u known the supplier? and is he reliable.

It was customs. This has happened. Search the forum.

for security purposes

Your goods have been found are not bomb,so let your packages go.

For phake checking purposes

You goods may got seized.


No matter what kinds of reason,you should feel happy and luckly.

This is done by the DHL staff before it leaves Hong Kong/China. It has nothing to do with UK Customs.
