Shipping held by China customs
 

Hi everybody! I bought a pair of headphone from a Chinese seller. I pay the item + EMS shipping. About 2 days after, the seller, gave me the tracking number, but still today no records appers. This morning i've contacted the seller and he tell me that China customs of Shangai held my shipping. I know that in there is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ products ( one pair of beats by dre ), but i can' imagine that a shipping come in Germany would have been blocked at China custom at start!

I need to know if someone had the same situation. However i ask total refund to seller.

Do you think that China customs release package?

I think the seller is not telling you the truth and that it has not been shipped, make sure he refunds you.

China has customs to,i have had it parcels before and they may hold they a few days

if there is absolutely no info on the tracking slip, i doubt your seller has even mailed it.
Otherwise i am sure it would have said something on the tracking info.

I have never heard of items that were bought in china to be held in customs for days...

Mate no offence but china customers are rubbish..i've ordered ⊗⊗⊗⊗ clothes..⊗⊗⊗⊗ iphones..the REAL ⊗⊗⊗⊗rs in china who make money know how to get this stuff through customs..i've even spoken with sellers who told me they use a particular courier because its their 'friend' who takes it through china customs..obviously this was a year or two ago before i imported..but by the sounds of it as people said you could be getting fogged off..have you actually seen any physical evidence your items held?

file a dispute with who ever you paid with. Tell the seller that you will give him his money when the item is on its way and in your hands.

If it was DHgate, I know they say to wait up to 72 hours after your items ship before they need to provide tracking.

Ive had parcels held by china customs for up to 4 days and i very much doubt the op has ordered 1 pair of beats

Yes you dont have to be chinese mafia to get stuff through customs but some stuff gets held especially hot stuff like beats headphones tahts why theres not as many phake monster headphones about as there used to be ,i doubt he ordered 1 pair would be pointless and if your buying ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff thats the risk you take ,why would a dhgate seller loose there account for a 1 pair of headphones

Just because you havent had anything held dosent mean it dosent happen

yes this has happened to me sevral times and my supplyer had to go down and give the customs people a little something then thay changed there minds and let it thru

Mostly if the packaged be held by custom,and then the tracking will display this info on the website.

It is not too hard to deal with china custom,as long as you give some cash and then you can get the packages out.Of cource you have to know some access (people)there.
