Yes Bunneh i received it few Hours later.they sent me a latter with my Charges 2 days later.

Are your suppliers giving you the actual waybill number or their shipper's reference? Sites like DHgate can track a parcel with both numbers so there is a possibility that what you think is the waybill number may in fact be the shippers reference number.

May not be the case but it is one cause that would explain your problem. :)

I tested this out, and you are right they automatically just delivered it to me the next day, but they refused to give me the parcel at the door unless i paid for it there.
So you are a lucky person lol;)
