Help with EMS International Express Tracking
 

I ordered something off ioffer for myself and paid for EMS Express international shipping so i get it in 5-10 days and like the sellers consistent he's shipped the item but i cant get the ems site to show me any details..

For EMS shipments to the US, I use this link instead of the EMS website. I am not sure if it works for the UK.

I get the same thing when I check stuff on the EMS website. But when I check on the USPS site on the link, it shows when the parcel gets pick up and delivered. I dont use the EMS site, I use the one on the link. I guess just wait until it arrives.

If your order shipped from international, you can't track it until it arrives within the US.

Not true igotsuspended - you can track it the moment it is entered into the system - example : EMS China.

It is possible that your seller has not shipped it but will do...worth considering

check the parcelforce site, it sometimes shows the tracking there.

i tried parcelforce UK it says nothing..:s he claims he shipped on 17th

Thanks guys..i think i maybe scammed but used paypal anyway..it was for a $80 watch..as the seller on ioffer had excellent feedback from what i saw..but he told me he shipped it on the 17th.then when i opened a ioffer dispute he kept updating with a new tracking number..but ive tried his latest tracking number and it says this:

Not true, I use the EMS USPS website and it tracks it the moment it gets picked up. I never use the EMS direct website.

hold up, who said you have been scammed. the beginnings of tracking are on there it may take a while to be updated....he just shipped it late

EMS tracking regularly takes several days to show anything.

You havent been scammed.

The sellers usually upload tracking info before actually dispatching. Tracking info appears once it has been collected and scanned.

yes, they get the tracking labels in advance so they give it to you, then it depends on when the parcel is collected as to when it appears, if he said he 'shipped' it on 17th he misled you, as it was not collected til 21st but it is kinda normal...

Well although I haven't been scammed why the seller lied I don't know. He told me he shipped on the 17th, then when i opened a dispute as i kept asking him why the tracking wasn't showing, he kept posting re-delivery notes..i looked through them and noticed this tracking code..and obviously typed it in to find it..therefore if i was under the impression i was scammed, its the sellers own fault..who now isnt replying to any of my messages..

This is what his last tracking number says...anyone know what it means and roughly when it'll reach UK on a guess? it was sent yesterday but this is the latest update..

As oompa has said, it should hit the UK in a couple of days. Once customs release it (a few days to weeks), usually delivered within 24 hours after that.

You should have used Fedex/DHL/UPS instead. EMS can take an eternity to clear customs. My parcel was in there for four or five days... and boy did that hurt.

lol so you buy a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ rolex from ioffer, the seller ships (Albeit late), takes ages for you to receive, and you leave a negative feedback before the transaction has been completed (IE You receive the item or receive a refund due to INR)

If you were in that much of a hurry why not pay £20-£30 more and buy from local car boot sale/market.

You have to have more patience when dealing with China. Postal Delays happen all the time. Incoming packets sometimes sit for 5-6 days in Heathrow before they are even sorted at Royal Mail's end.

If you really wanted to order from China and wanted it quick, UPS offer a pretty fast service.

I've used DHL before with no problems so god knows..but it wasnt DHL anyway he shipped with EMS

By my experience EMS will usually not upload tracking until after on business day, now I don't know for what reason.

I'll say be patient and the tracking will sure up soon. The fastest shipping time from international orders I placed was 3 days and that was via UPS.

So hold one for a while and see if anything shows up.

I thought EMS is cheaper for small packages compared to dhl - dhl is good for large packages +/- the duty but more risk with dhl if your products arent good.

Hi,Guys,let me tell you the truth.

If you send the goods by EMS and you hand over the goods to EMS directly,and then the tracking will be available at the same day. If you hand over the goods to EMS agents,and then you need to wait for a few days for the tracking available(because EMS agent will take time to send the goods together to EMS )

Maybe you will keep ask me why many chinese suppliers did not give the goods to EMS directly? Because the price will be cheaper if they send the goods thr shipping agent,because shipping agent signed the contract with EMS to get low discount.

Also some time the tracking will update to another new tracking,this happen sometimes but not often.

All I can say is, welcome to hell. And that I hope that you came prepared. This is the single longest stage of the EMS shipping process... those boys down at Coventry sure do know how to take their sweet time working out how they can retrieve their soggy, dropped-in biscuits (thanks to a failed dunk attempt) from their tea on the ultra-extended tea-break.

You think? on some uk car parts i ordered from parcelforce this week it showed loaded onto the truck 3 times on 3 seperate days..and only on day 4 did it actually get delivered

That's odd. Never happened to me. Nor have i had a package come thru stoke. I'm guessing you've received it now anyway right?
