Help with dealing with stupid CityLink! HELP NEEDED ASAP!
 

So I bought an item off ebay..the seller user 'citylink' and basically i waited in all day..the item never arrived and then at 4pm they updated it saying they couldn't find my address and it's incomplete/incorrect. I've never had any problems with Royal Mail saying this and all it says online is 'contact the sender' which I did on ebay and for the last 3 days i've had no reply. I've contacted citylink, was on the phone for 45 minutes and didn't get though to anyone which resulted in a £21 bill on my phone..and tried emailing, no response either..the nearest depot is 1 hour away..what can I do?

Hope this works out moneyhustler88 - no knowledge of citylink but I will read around it
