Lithium Batteries now allowed again via USPS International

Good news. Only had one package returned in the last 8 months, still I'm glad they allow it again, since the ban was effective.

Lithium Batteries to Germany are still not allowed, all other destinations including APO/FPO seem to be allowed, from what I understood.
