Hi :) not been banned but need help
 

Hello i am trying to track a package and have looked everywhere but nowhere seems to be able to find it so i thought if i post here someone else might be able to x

code is : RA626730604CN i am a bit worried it might be wrong or false but maybe its just untrackable.

How long ago did you place the order?
It came from china, correct? (by the CN) It could take around 4 business days for it to update with the holidays, maybe a little longer.

Here's some other pointers.

Recorded Signed For™ items have no updates until AFTER delivery.

There may have been a backlog at the port of exit in China & paperwork is still floating around in cyberspace. (variation of cj's help :))

If you have had no email from your seller, check with them as to what else they have regarding this item.

Whilst it is a pain you know where, it is not uncommon for this to happen.
Worry time, imo, would be 10 days after advice from your seller as to the whereabouts of this item.

Last surprise might be parcelforce co.uk being slack :eek:

Its always like that you have to give it a couple days before it shows up. Nothing to worry about my friend.

my tracking number is similar to that and it took around 6 days or so for mine to show up anything on any sites. i was starting to get a bit worried but then showed up but has not updated since 07 of this month.

7? Thats like 22 days - you speak to your shipper person? I would.

yer since the 7th. whenever i ask him about it he says please wait. it is a large item tho so didnt know wether it was normal or not. its a large bouncy castle and blower.

i paid him via paypal bud. its a 25ftx13ftx13ft bouncy castle and blower. i'v sent him another email asking if he can check for me to see whats happening as it was only supposed ti be taking 15-25 days from payment which meant i would of got in in time for christmas.

Just a suggestion: I would never put any tracking numbers or any other sensitive information on public forums.:nono::nono::nono:

Oh ok via pp - you would probably have some buyer protection then.

Contact pp and see what options you have at this point since seller is not cooperating well.

Maybe your seller has a similar arrangement as mentioned in this thread.

hi greenbean, i have a tracking number and have posted what it says on here. it just seems very strange to me how its taking so long. as far as i am aware there should not be anything illegal about it and should be very straight forward.

i have posted a topic about it in the same folder as this (shipping talk) called china shipping. it shows the updates but nothing seems to be happening sinceit left outward transfere center i think they call it.

There's a curse on tracking updates this season I swear.

All I have read is delays delays delays.

Just had a parcel arrive that was in the system since start of December. Not a word on tracking & the dratted thing got delivered.

i've emailed him again saying please will you contact shipping company to see whats happening as its alot longer than the 15-25 days he stated when paying and the tracking status has been the same for longer than that period and i had tried contacting 183.com.cn to see if they could tell me anything but had no reply. hopefully i'll get something back from that email.

hi rsot. yer i know i have 45 days so i will wait a little longer then file a dispute. i dont want to file one just yet as i really really want the bouncy castle.

haha i know he hasnt but i still like to be polite as there might be a genuine reason why has has not been online since. :-)

Be careful on the wait Knight_rider - and if/when you open the dispute, beware if the seller suddenly starts responding to you.

decided against waiting as when i went on paypal today it said that i sent payment on 19th of nov but never accepted it then and didnt know wether it went from when money was sent or accepted so i thought i'd best be safe than sorry.

hi again guys. are there any other sites i can use to track items from china other than 183.com.cn?

quick update on my srory if anyones interested. i eventually got an email back from seller saying its holiday time here so it will take longer than stated so please wait and asked me to close my case on paypal. on my reply i just said that i had already been waiting over a month and i was not wiling to close my claim untill bouncy castle arrived and if it had not came before 20 days of opening case on paypal i was going to claim my money back and i asked if he had a phone number or email address for shipping company so i could get in touch with them. lets see what he says.
