china to uk shipping.
 

hi guys, i'm new to this forum. i was just wondering if it was normal for it to take so long for a large item (large bouncy castle and blower) to get to the uk from china? according to

since the 09/12. i have contaccted the seller a few times since but he just keeps telling me to wait for it. the only reason i bought it was because he said that it would take 15-25 days to recieve the item after paying for it which would of meant i would have got it in time for christmas for my son.

also can anyone translate wether it means its still in china or wether it is now on its way to the uk?

Looks like it's going to you, it is just the potal company that has delays or due to the holidays.

ah right. i hope so. its his birthday at the end of jan so will give him it then if it comes in time. i ended up having to go out and buy more presents for christmas for him so at the minute i just feel like i'm out of pocket.

out of curiosity, what did you pay for shipping on a bouncy castle?

to be honest mate i dont know. i just sent 200 over and that was for the castle, blower and shipping. i have opened a dispute on paypal to give it a little more time to arrive before i loose my rights to claim my money back. hopefully it will arrive soon.
