Customs Blacklist in UK?

I've heard a lot about customs blacklisting addresses, I'm wondering whether any of you can confirm this?

I buy from China alot and a lot of sellers understate the value (nearly everyone in fact). I've got one stopped by the customs and am wondering whether they are going to open all my parcels from now on?

Black list exists.

If you keep importing from exporters who undervalue items, expect to star on the list soon.
