Shipping from China DHL

Hi all,

Always ship all my products via DHL as is always quicker.

However, have been dealing with a supplier recently all orders I have received quickly and all product is good.

However, since Chinese New Year I am waiting longer than the usual 1-2 days for the DHL tracking number... up to 5 days sometimes...

anyone know if its taking generally longer?

Sounds like a question you should be asking your Chinese supplier.

That isn't what I asked.... I asked whether it has been taking longer for people to receive their DHL deliveries?

May be backed up a little, since it is a holiday. The supplier may be backed up as well. Could be giving you tracking info to make you happy, but waiting to ship as they are catching up.

19 days for latest DHL delivery

Advice was the parcel was ripped.....

Ripped? I think the bluidy plane ran over the parcel. One of the few I have ever had that was smothered with tape to keep everything together. Luckily nothing breakable.
