Customs clearence
 

Hi,

I bought some house hold items from India whilst on my Holiday & send it by sea freight. the shipment arrived in Southampton on 01/03/2013 & still I coudn't clear the item. I obtained EORI No & handed over to my agent, paid all customs duties & VAt. agent is saying still awaiting for customs clearance & I have to pay the ware house charges from 08/03/13. If any body know how long it will take for customs clearance & ware house charges. i looking forward to hear

Best person to get in touch with the is the agent and the customs clearance. . Not much can be done without communicating with the right person.
