i have a shipping calculator need some help to translate
 

a friend of mine send the a shipping calculator they use in china so I can calculate my shipping cost with all the shipper but it's in Chinese most of it is there anyone who can help me with the translation I attach a screen shot it's a excel file I think it would be a good addition to this forum

Is this for dropshipping to the US? I don't see why you would need a calculator...

when I buy my supply from china my rate change from between 30RMB/Kg to 26RMB/Kg so once I order I would like to put in the weight and get the direct quote myself

Can't you just use google translate?

And you check what the seller charges you? Push back if wrong?

True "push back" means that you will have to talk to him to get shipping prices down and reasonable - remember that you are probably NOT the only customer he deals with.

thanks for the advise summer coming I was looking into summer ware found a good supplier ask him abut his shipping rate he said 38RMB/Kg hope i'm able to talk him to at least 28RMB/Kg
