eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Strange has this happened before: Customs

Just received a parcel from Parcelforce today had a few phakes.
However it seems the parcel was opened and they removed some 'nay-pan' sunglasses I had in there.

Which I presume is by customs as this was re-sealed with brown tape.

Has this happened to anyone before, where they'd take an item out but still send out the parcel?

It was received and processed but then went back to customs

I wouldn't ignore letters from customs if I were you. Better to take it to a lawyer to see how to proceed.
