DHL Clearance event
 

Used DHL Express to ship a phone to the US for warranty repair. Tracking shows something called Clearance event. Should i be worried about this?

Item is a bricked HTC 8X with declared value of less than $100. Will they charge any custom duty for that. I don`t think HTC would be interested in paying it.

Click on the little red box where it says Clearance Event if you want more details about this. If you are still unsure after reading the message, just post it here and I'm sure someone will let you know what that means.

Seems too early to be worried - just arrived in USA yesterday - wait a bit - time will tell. Post with further info in few days.

Don't worry. Here's the update on my shipment. I got email from DHL that it's schedule for delivery on Monday.

DHL don't work over the weekend. So it might be resting there HAHA

Yes, I've no issue with DHL. I've received 15 pkg thru DHL within the last 2 months and so far no issue.
