Does anyone know what happens when a ParcelForce/EMS package is going to a RM PO Box?
My supplier got addresses/shipping methods mixed up and sent a parcel to my Royal Mail PO Box with EMS (ParcelForce). RM PO Boxes only accept RM deliveries and it's stated very clearly on their site that ParcelForce packages are not accepted.
Has anyone experienced the same? What will happen? I'm hoping that I can just call ParcelForce and ask them to hold it for collection, but knowing ParcelForce they'll just tell me that they aren't able to do that. Or they'll hold it and then not allow me to collect it, as it has the PO box name and not my own name on it. :bored: |
