fedex order seized UK
 

hi all,

This is the first time this has happened. I have a fedex order stuck in clearance, I phoned FEDEX who gave me a number to phone, which i did. The woman on the phoned advised me the person who is dealing with this shipment will be in on Saturday, I starting complaining about the delay with my shipment and that i have not been given any info, and she advised that it has been seized at it may/is phank.

I would like to know what to expect when i phone him on Saturday, as i was not aware that the item was phank, and bought it in good faith (which i will advise him)

Difficult to know what to expect until you speak to him...wait for what he says then respond appropriately - if it isn't f*ke but has been seized, you either have to let it go or show a lot of proof....

If the items are not ⊗⊗⊗⊗ you have nothing to worry about

FedEx will not be the one who have seized the item, that will be down to customs.

This is the problem....You need to make sure whatever you order is 100% legit, not 90% legit or 99.9%! playing the "I didn't know" card doesn't work.
