Who does it turn over into in the states and how long does it take?

Anything coming outside the Country has to go through U.S. Customs then off it continues as long as it doesn't get confiscated.

I get that. My question was, who is the carrier responsible to make the local deliveries? UPS, Fedex, USPS?
And how does the speed compare?
