USPS Not displaying Inbound/Outbound of customs now?

Is it just me or is USPS not displaying any Inbound or Outbound customs information now on packages?

Maybe they just missed the scan. I last used EMS last month, it only showed "inbound", not "outbound". Still got the package 2 days later.

JFK doesn't show customs on the tracking. LA always does for me.
