China Customs delay
 

My vendor is telling me that all logo goods are being delayed by China customs. It's been 11 days with no activity on the DHL tracking. Is anyone else having this issue getting logo goods out of China?

Yes. A lot are having the same problem. Mine was shipped on the 17th. The tracking on dhl is still stuck on shipment information received. My supplier said it should change within 48 hours. Here's hoping!

I have about 10 items yet to move from customs. Its Indian Customs actually, they got all my parcels and didnt deliver... Its because, once I was asked to pay 6000 for a product which is actually 1500. Who 'd pay?? I returned and asked for the invoice which came along with the parcel.. From then, they started blocking my parcels...

DHL and Honk Kong something has gone wrong recently. Nothing is 100% transparent, some say iphone 6 release, others say a counterfeit currency was printed etc. but one thing is for something has happened and this is causing phenomenal delay, ONLY with DHL.

It is not only with DHL from what i understand it's across the board.

I've also has 2 parcels since the 13th still saying shipment information received.

I finally had 1 package released and on it's way after 12 days!

I probably lost $10,000 from these delays

Kelly do not worry you are not the only one i am losing around $2000 a day for every day gone by and still nothing yet. :(

I have been shipping my products directly to FBA. So far it has worked out very well. It's getting to Amazon at least 3 days earlier

I guess it all depends on your package, I had mines shipped out this Monday and It already departed Hong Kong from yesterday and my latest package says it's custom status updated in NYC.

Hm so I guess there is no definite answer.

So is your supplier out there putting the FBA labels on etc?

Yes, they will put any UPC code sticker on there and they don't charge extra. The only bad thing is that when Amazon starts splitting up the shipments I will have to pay the 30 cents per item to keep them in one shipment. Still worth it, don't have to pick up the package and then ship it to Amazon
