Zebra printer won't print all the way

Hey I have been using a Zebra label printer for some time now, and it works great! However, whenever I go to print a label and I have the label sized to fit the label perfectly, the label will only print to the middle of the barcode and then the printer just freezes in the middle of the printing operation. it ALWAYS freezes right as it gets halfway past the tracking barcode.

In order to get around this, I can resize the label to a smaller size (usually around 70%) and then the printer won't freeze mid-print anymore. The fit to the 4x6 label isn't perfect as it is a tad too small, but it's been working for me.

However, now I have been using ship station, and am trying to print to my printer through Syncstation (an app that ship station uses to basically communicate with your printer). But when I print through sync station, it doesn't allow me any resizing options, it just goes with an automatic fit for the 4x6 label. This causes the freezing when it gets up to the barcode midway.

What I have to do is open the label up in PDF and print from there, because that is the only way it allows me to resize it smaller. But WHY is the Zebra printer freezing on me when I have the sizing perfect? WHY do I need to resize it smaller to prevent it from freezing?

I know tis is a long shot, but I figured I'd post and see if anyone has been having an issue similar to mine. Thanks!

There are 2 places for printing size...

Make sure your settings look like these 2 tabs:

arghh, TGMT, I can't seem to find any printer settings on my mac similar to the one you showed me. I click on system preferences, then printers and scanners option. It brings up an options menu, but nowhere near as comprehensive as the menu in your picture.

I don't have a Mac computer here.

But for Windows:

Click Start button..

then click Devices and Printers (it's on the right column)

then right click the Zebra printer

and click Printing Preferences (don't click properties)

Best I can do until someone comes along that has a Mac set up with the Zebra printer. :)

lol yeah, i figured. I tried googling it but all the links I clicked redirected me to adjusting the options through the system preferences menu, which is where I was already and is nowhere near what you took pictures of. Thanks for the help though :)
