eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Fedex -- Clearance Delay

Here in the US, some items are being seized that are not branded but LOOK LIKE replicas - like cell phone cases, which for the life of me I will NEVER understand. They all look alike, except for maybe the Apple logo. If there is no Apple logo, who would have a clue it is supposed to be an Apple case???

The advertising that goes with it suggests its compability with Apple though.

Actually jeffweico, the OP is from the UK.

Earlier this year, the law changed to allow improved dealings under the Consumers Contract Regulations.
To a point it superseded the former Distance Selling Regulations.

Issue would need to be discussed with the Bank.
