Avoid anything that is a knock off though. Its not going to be worth the hassle later on

Avoid branded goods and you should be good. There is still gold you can find, but you have to go beneath the surface to find it.

In my experience it is a tough game. Find a good niche or do some branding work and you might be able to pull some profits!

I've used alibaba/aliexpress for years. just make sure to find a reputable seller and you'll be good.

The best thing to do and I'm sure a lot of people know this is talk to the seller(s) on there for a little and most of them will direct you to their website or photo album and you'll get a better price then what their asking on that platform

very true! often they won't have actual product photos but if you message them they will usually email them to you.

Alibaba is great, I used it to find a factory to manufacture my products. Just don't buy any branded items, assume they are all knock-offs.
