DHL to contact importer?

I got a product that we used our SSN for taxes for customs. No business registered. Do they want a tax id from a Inc.? (nothing generic, or branded, or a copy of a brand). Just shipping packages/material.

Have you asked DHL? I think it would depend a lot on how much you are importing vs. content

Ahh it passed, seems my supplier is a 3rd party and didn't include the original company that made my product. It passed and I'll get it tomorrow!

Looks like it's time to cut out the 3rd party and go directly to the supplier it self now.
