Package arrived in country but not received(Yanwen)
 

So I'm expecting a package in the UK from china with the tracking number:

YC760710001YW
Tracking - Yanwen

Currently the tracking information is:
2015-07-28 00:00 Britain Arrive at Britain Airport-(Yanwen's Track End)

So far, I haven't received anything. Should I be worried?
The item is definitely non-vero(just some brandless clothing accessories)

Sounds like its arrived in the UK to me... What would be worrying about that? May sit in customs for a few days

Well, normally I get them the next day or 2 after they arrive in the UK. Since they haven't, I was feeling a bit paranoid as I have ordered a fair amount of products from china. They are all brandless and non-electronics. No counterfeits or ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Thanks for your reply :)

I'm having a similar issue. I am expecting an EMS package from Indonesia, it left Indonesia on the 19th of November. Up to now there is still no tracking information on the Parcel Force tracking website.

When I track, I only get the status - 'ACCEPTED'

I know the package is in the UK, because I get EMS deliveries a lot and it has never taken this long for it to be delivered to me, not even this long to get further update from Parcel Force.

Any ideas what the problem is ? What should I do?

I've already contacted Parcel Force and they claim the Parcel is still not in the UK. I spoke to the seller and after speaking to Post Indonesia, he gave me the Freight details the package left Indonesia on.

You probably should have started your own thread. But I don't really care about that, so I'll chime in.

Your order may have just been delayed because of the time of year. My DHL shipments have been taking 7-8 days to be delivered the past few weeks, while the rest of the year I get my orders in no more than 3 days. All you can do is contact your seller, who will probably tell you your order is tied up in customs. If they aren't willing to communicate, start a chargeback. Hopefully you didn't pay with WU.

I hope it is just delays. My seller is very honest and responsive, he gave me the flight number the package left Indonesia on. I also tracked on the EMS Indonesian Post website and it shows when it was posted up until it left Indonesia. My EMS delivery from China left China on the 24th of Nov and arrived in the UK (cleared customs) on the 27th of Nov. So I don't understand why I have no update or record of the Indonesian package being in the UK up to now.

I paid via bank transfer :( .. but I will wait till Friday before I contact my seller again.

Well, I wish you the best either way. Are your Indonesian shipments normally tracked the whole time they are in transit?

Yanwen tracking info may not update when it reaches to destination country.

Hi

till now I did not receive my parcel. I made order on 23-nov-2017. but still I did not receive it.

When I track my number I see its showing that consignee not accept to receive.

i am the one who made this order and i did not receive any phone from any body and got shock to see that message while tracking.

i don't no to whom i have to send message regarding my parcel.
