Return package Item on hold in china.

I got the wrong package from the seller so i send it back to him via canadapost air mail .

i put the address on the package as well. last time this happen the package got return to me... i call the canadapost they said contact your seller. i told him that he said thier is no inquire for it..:noidea::noidea:

Perhaps its a stealth return address hence the hold.

I know a lot of suppliers do not want to deal with returned parcels due to them coming from the factories and they are middle men.

Maybe they are just checking it like they do with customs here?

Well, your parcel is tracked. You may demand from the seller now, if he refuses - open a case, you will win it.

Welcome to the forums - it isn't clear to me, but have you spoken to the party for which the parcel is intended?

i have been dealing with this person for while and always gives me money back but he has to get the package first...

i printed out the address and labeled on top so this doesn't happen but i guess that didnt help

this is second time for the same package ... last time after one month hold it got shipped back to me:smash: and this looks like it will be same. so pissed.

I think he might be playing a game and not claiming the package so that he can claim not received...

HE HAS to call local post office right?
what does it have to do in this situation ince item is on hold?

How much was the products you sent back and how much did you pay in postage to send it back. I'm very curious.
