parcel from china to UK but custom inspection at Germany?

hi, i received more than 100 parcels and never had this issue before, i ordered some headphones around 12 pieces very small order and it was coming from china to UK but it is at Germany now and it is held for custom inspection which i don't know why but also why is it in Germany. the company is DHL

It happens normally. Germany is where the usual transit is for parcels from China.

Is it counterfeit items or legit ones?

If they are unbranded, generic items you have nothing to worry about.
