What is the best way to pay ebay fees (stealth)

I saw on a post that Vanilla Visa gets rejected from eBay?

Vanilla Visa rejected from eb? Where did you read that?

I pay my eb fees with gift cards all the time IN ADVANCE of due date - works well.

have bought a vanilla gift card (shows visa on it) - red packaging/silver ribbon
and assigned a zip code via vanillagift.com

and when doing one-time payment eBay declined the card? in the US

Get the Walmart visa gift card($25 to $200), you can put any address on it...I think you can figure out what addy to use

why do people pay ebay fees in advance and use vcc of gift cards ?

never understood the reasons for this
