Default New suspension based on bullets/description

So just got a suspension on one of my accounts based on bullets/description of items. Very strange as I've been selling for 5-6 years without any issues with descriptions. Below is the suspension letter, any advice would be appreciated:

"Hello,

We recently contacted you about adding inaccurate product information to detail pages. Because you are still including any of the following information about your specific listings in product detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com.

-- Availability
-- Price
-- Condition
-- Alternative ordering information (such as links to other websites for placing orders)
-- Alternative shipping offers (such as free shipping)

The pages we corrected are as follows:

ASIN: B01C96RXXX , B016PFUXXX, B017QDYXXX , B016N3KXXX

Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.

To sell on Amazon.com, please send us a plan that explains how you will address this problem. We encourage you to review the “Product detail page rules” in Seller Central Help. This can help sellers identify specific areas of improvement.

For help creating your plan, search for "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help. When you are ready to send us your plan, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html).

Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your listings and hold any funds in your account for up to 90 days.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Seller Performance Team

I looked at the 4 items they listed that they supposedly "fixed", and the only changes I can see they made are omitting some of the information from my bullet points and descriptions. However, none of the information was anything listed in this message? The only thing I can think of was I had my seller name in the description as it was a bundled product... There were no links, prices, information, websites, nothing. I wonder if out Seller name alone can trigger that?

Default Re: New suspension based on bullets/description

So I've filed two appeals so far with Seller Performance, and all they do is sending me the same message word by word in response. Below is my appeal and their response again. To be fair, I have no idea what they are unhappy with, as I have spoken with the Catalogue department and Seller Support and no one can see anything wrong with my listings. I'm completely lost and frustrated with this.

Below is my appeal and their response. Any help or input from anyone here would be greatly appreciated:

Dear Seller Performance Team,

It’s a real pleasure working and selling on your marketplace, and we appreciate the opportunity to be your partner. We value your input and help to make us a better member of your team. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review and fix the mistakes in our listings.

We have conducted a thorough review and investigation of our complete inventory. In the process, we have deleted hundreds of old listings, that are no longer being sold, as well as fixed and adjusted many others to comply with your policies. After completing all the changes, we contacted Seller Support and spoke with Okura B., who helped us review many of our listings. Consequently, we called and reached out to your Catalogue Department where we had the pleasure of speaking and working with Mahit. Notes from both of them should be left in our Seller Account. Mahit was very helpful in identifying issues and looking through Amazon Policy and explaining the specifics of your “Product Detail Page Rules”. After examining multiples of listings through our inventory, he informed us that he was not able to see any problems or infractions in our remaining listings. We are confident that our inventory has been successfully checked and corrected and our account is ready to be reinstated again.

We would like to provide you with the following plan of action regarding avoiding future issues of similar nature:

- We take complete responsibility for making the listing mistakes. We understand that in order to provide the best experience for Amazon’s customers, it’s very important to have complete and extremely accurate information in the Title, Description, and Images of the inventory.
- We have reviewed the four ASINs that you had corrected for us in the Seller Performance Notification, and used those ASINs as a guide to edit , correct, or delete our remaining inventory.
- We have deleted all listings with issues and updated our current inventory with corrected Title/Descriptions/Bullet Points/Images
- We have hired 2 employees in addition to our already existing team to go through every new item in our inventory and ensure that it is listed with 100% accurate pictures/titles/descriptions
- All listings created will have to undergo a review process. Initially, these listings will be set as “Out of Inventory,” until we review the listing and ensure complete correlation with the product we have in stock. This will ensure that all brand names, colors, UPC, quantity and model numbers are correct. Titles, Descriptions, Bullet Points and Images will be inspected for complete accuracy. Once the process is complete, the listing team will set the proper quantity and offer the product for sale on Amazon’s front end.
- We will conduct monthly reviews of all listings to ensure that information was not changed on the listing, as well as no changes to the product have been done by the manufacturer. If there are any changes in either, we will inactivate the listing and recall any FBA inventory
- We will ensure proper training on Amazon Product Detail Page Rules of our Listing Creating team members, and require them to communicate and call your Catalogue Department any time there is a question or they are not 100% sure regarding an aspect of the new ASIN creation
- We will exercise even greater due diligence when creating new bundled set listings, and ensure that they abide by your Bundled Products Policy

We feel confident that we have taken the necessary steps to avoid future issues, and we look forward to having our account reinstated so we can continue to provide the great customer service Amazon is known for! Thank you for the opportunity to become better and more accurate Sellers on your market place,

Sincerely,

Hello,

We received your information, but your plan is not complete. Our review of your account found that you have added inaccurate product information to detail pages. To sell on Amazon.com, please reply to this message with a plan that explains how you will follow this policy. We encourage you to review the “Product detail page rules” in Seller Central Help. This can help sellers identify specific areas of improvement. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.

For help creating your plan, search for "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help.

We look forward to hearing from you.
