Adding new bank account to the paypal

How can i add new bank account to my stealth paypal.Old bank account is closed.
When i am trying to add a new Barclays acc,paypal going on verification and after getting verified on my mobile,It shows the message that this time your request can not be completed.
Tried many time but same message.
Account is nearly 5 years old and dont want to lose it.
Any helpful advice please

You may need to phone PayPal to get it manually added

Barclays accounts seem to be having this issue on PayPal quite a lot
