Does anyone know a good VCC Bank Account that can be used in Malta on my PayPal Stealth accounts? I know of https://www.payoneer.com/home/ but I'm not sure if it works.
Can someone confirm this?

I guess OP is trying to find a withdraw solution for his account, which for Malta can be both CC or Bank account.
Sorry, my mistake. I meant a Virtual Bank Account (VBA). The reason why I'm asking is because of the PayPal verification so that they will find a bank attach with the account when they ask for the documents at a later stage and that will keep me covered
Idk about Malta, but countries outside USA are not really fond of Name Mismatches. U could like a US Bank to your account? Like mine, my paypal account isnt in America but in Southeast asia, but i have the option to add a US Bank account like the rest of the usa paypals

you have the option, but have you tried to add the US bank account in the paypal?
