How do you ship numerous packages weekly

For all of the one man armies out there, how do you ship 50-1,000s of items weekly with no help? What is your method?

For me Royal Mail collections is invaluable

All my items are already pre packed (I pay someone to do that) and I have a pretty decent filing system. Item gets sold, I print the label off and stick it onto the item that is already packed. It then goes into the collection bin.

Royal mail comes along, scans all the bar codes and collects all the mail. Its very very smooth.

I could if I wanted package all the items myself but it takes a pretty long time so the £30 I pay someone to spend a hour or 2 doing it for me is a really good investment

Shipstation and USPS pickups along with end of day scan forms.

Dropship! And I have a guy that works for me currently shipping 5-10 items a day
