Any experience to share about Inkfrog/Auctivia?

I have auctivia account but I must say the listing seem a bit complicated and not too straight forward with so many fields I dont need in display while trying to list. While I haven't tried inkfrog I read you can list pretty fast with it.

With auctivia you can only add 1 ebay account while Inkfrog has the feature to connect multiple ebay accounts with 1 inkfrog master account.

You cannot read/respond to message via auctivia but this can be done with Inkfrog. It seems pretty much I wouldn't have to login to ebay everyday

I am looking to get staff on board and give them access to manage listings e.t.c and with inkfrog unlimited I can create staff account and give limited access to my data.

That said, I wish to go for Inkfrog professional then move on to Unlimited but I need input from people who have used this services before to share their experiences or tell us other services out there the top ebay sellers with gazillion reviews use to manage their several ebay accounts.

I would like to know too, i hear they now has a app as well, would be good to know if its safe to use, i know we cant use ebay app.
