Last year June, my amazon account suspended, then I just think about how to open another one. so I register another company name to use.

All information is new, I got new company information, Tax id, debit card and everything, then I begin to register account. ( because of summer, I came back to china for vacation, so I open this amazon account in China).

Because of some reason, I plan to send some order directly from China, but some will be shipped from USA, So I change the location in Amazon is China.

Works very good for a Month. Then amazon ask me to provide the information of tax, because I sold almost 4000 dollar this month with 5 feedback, no any bad record.

Then I just type the company information in, I found that the address is same to my old suspend address, I dont know how to do it, then I just type the same address with different apartment number.

In the next day, I send one email to amazon seller support to ask one question related to copyright, because some seller just put his company name in the amazon listing, and email me this is his company's copyright, and let me remove the listing. But I am very sure it is not, because the item is no brand at all.

in the same day night, my account delete by amazon, I tried to contact them for reason again and again, after almost one month, the seller-performance send me the email back said," because of the security reason, we can not reinstate your account." they didnt tell me the detail at all, just said because of security.

How you guys think, because of the EIN with the same address related to my old account(I change the apartment number)
or because of I send some sensitive question of copyright to amazon seller support?????

While I am digesting the info zl138453, I would like to ask you another question about your account set up - did you use a gift credit card that had a balance for Amazon to do a 5-10 test charge?

Amazon does test charges on the cc when a bank account is added - if the charge does not go through, you can have big problems...

On the other note, that other seller might have does some successful proof that the item was his - it sucks but the business on Amazon can be killer like that.

I think op simply got deleted because of Chinese ip and lack of properly explaining that he was vacationing in china.... Also providing EIN which is registered as US corp/llc with location china is a red flag

Odds on that the Chinese IP are at the bottom of this.

Your set-up also caused a link. Proper stealth would have no link whatsoever to anything old. That appears to have not happened.

Then if you had no funds on a cc or even had one on file, that's more reason for amazon to close you up.

Be wise to checking carefully claims of copyright. That takes special care.

Like I said, all information is real, I open a company and register a company credit card, it has money inside, not the VCC

You could have gave Amazon a bogus address and still had validated tax info. I don't think different apartment is enough to look different

I do not disagree.

But if there is anything that amazon can detect that LINKS to old suspended account, then the new account is lost.

When you called in for that copyright issue, that could have raised concerns within amazon's system.

This company analyses everything.

Don't you think different apt number is enough for different address ? Amazon or any other company uses addres check APIs where apt numbers , post boxes, suite numbers in the same building is still treated as different address. If that is not the case then every one using post office address might get linked if one account gets suspended at that address (specially if two people have similar last names )

Copyright email he did should not have that much weight on his account alone, I am guessing ...l op didn't mention what name he used on both accounts, might be same or similar contact name on both account...

Every time I get the company name, the name must be totally different. I never use the similar name

I wouldn't do it. Why give them a legit address anyway? I have set accounts up with McDonalds addresses. I send return labels with real address and my 1099 is sent electronically

Anything that makes an account be checked/flagged is risky.

Who is to say that the over zealous amazon person did not check deeper than we even know
