Receive Payment from Paypal Users?

Hi All,

I've recently been banned from paypal, I have been looking into stealth accounts and I'm still unsure about the whole thing.

Is there any other online payment system that allows me to raise an invoice manually which paypal users can pay?

Failing that I may just have to go down the stealth account route

PayPal is probably the best way, go stealth and get the Stealth Book to learn everything about how to create an account and manage it. You can even have a business account without SSN.
