Looking for VCC With AVS Verified to Purchase off Ebay

I am looking for VCC with AVS system that I can use to purchase from Ebay as a Guest Account only, does anyone sell those? Thank you kindly.

Why not just go buy one yourself at any cornerstore? A Vanilla gift card will work just fine for such a purpose.

what about purchases over $500? as most gift cards max is $500 only.

non vcc supports avs / 3d secure. Been looking for one long time but no results :/ However most online BTC wallets gives vcc which has option to verify identity and after that limits goes up to couple of K instead of couple hundreds. They can be used for EB purchases as guest, however will be processed through paypal anyway, but as a guest too.
