Ebay Sign Up Seller Account Without Asked For Credit Card !

wonder if this is new Ebay policy ... i just sign up seller account , got it active , listed one item .... they did not ask me for Credit Card !!!
is this new Ebay policy ???

Canadian one ... also the item i listed end its period 7 days without any problem ...

This is rare, but happens. Its a glitch (unless you linked your PayPal ofcourse).

I've had this happen before with a US Account. Doesn't happen often though.

We have those happy moments when the glitches do work in our favor. Just be happy. Last week I created a new ebay account 10/500 but no holds on my paypal funds.
Also, another new account that I sold on keep releasing my funds 1 day after. Even before I ship.

It's a glitch, had it happen a few times, definitely not a new policy.
