Is it possible that paypal does not release funds after 180 days on a stealt account? Thanks for your help

It's always a possibility but most often you will get funds released 180 days to the dot.

Hi thanks for reply will they send me an email when the withdrawal is available? If there're no cases and disputes within the 180 days can I request them withdrawing before 180 days? Thanks

Yes... you can try to call them in 45 days after limitation, they may release funds then
