paypal scamming me and not willing to release funds after 180 days limitation

Hi to all my account was limited with real details 20 9 14

its been 180 days at like 19 3 15

i have sented all documents they asked and i call them nearly everyday
and or email them


all they answer me they forward the case to change some settings on my account and that they will come back to me in 72 hours and never happens
on their reply threw email they say , your account blablabla and appeal cant happened , we will contact you soon about how to release your funds

it seems is none willing to take care and its like an automatic person replying

anyone faced similar

shall i just forget my 1200 euros on it

Just keep spamming them with calls and emails and eventually you'll find someone willing to help.

There was another thread on here I recall with someone who emailed a bunch of their departments with a legal sounding document threatening legal action.
Perhaps look it up and send something similar to get things moving along.
