shop/gift/3v cards

Hi

Is there anyone out there who could give me some info, if i buy a shop or gift card when i register this online does the address have to be same as my stealth paypal, also on the 3v cards from tesco are these free or do you have to put cash on them and the same do these when registered have to be the same as stealth paypal, as been told on entropay the address does not matter hope someone can help me.

The address you register the card at must match your stealth address on ebay/paypal

Also 3V are no longer going.
