Default Same Item, different accounts - One gets Veroed -- the other sells -- Weird?

Ok, so I list the same golf club on 2 dif. accts.

2008 acct -- 90 fb 100% -- BIN or best offer -- sells in 4 hours.
2000 acct -- 11 fb 100% -- auction -- gets pulled in 24 hours.

thoughts?

My two cents, with the BIN the amount is pre-determined, ie $50.00 So
that is not such a 'risk'. An auction could go to an amount too high and therefore be a 'risk'.

OK, say the golf club has a value of $30 but because it goes to $90 or higher (maybe because it's a brand name), then that amount of money
is risky to recoup if ebay needs to do so. That BIN is a much smaller amount & not as risky.

What was the original duration of the BIN listing? What was the original duration of the AUCTION listing?

I've noticed that 1day and 3day listings are far more likely to get taken down than a 7 day auction or a 30 day BIN.

^^^ ebay sees the potential for that auction to go higher than the BIN so sees a 'risk' and pulls the auction. Control by ebay

Yip! Love BIN. List about 60% BIN in one category. Love to get the money quickly

The 90 feedback 100% account most likely had an elevated search listing status so it sold faster. If something sells faster, it is less likely to get grabbed.
