2 pp limited in less than 1 week 10k$+ gone

hello, recently 2 of my pp's have been limited within 1 week.

not sure what the issue is or what happened.

one has about 8k in it, and its asking for photo id water bill phone call bank confirmation.

other one has less than 2k and literally right after i shipped out the products sold, i get an email saying its limited and requesting the same thing above.

i have no idea what the **** is going on and im literally shaking as i'm typing this.

does anyone know of any ideas/methods to prevent limits or how to watch out.

one pp had bank linked, other one didnt and had like 5 sales on ebay

What are the age of the accounts?
Transaction amount(s)?
What were you selling?
What IP were you using?

Could be lots of other reasons too.

2K with five transactions and no bank account?

That means you sold high priced items to fast on fresh accounts. That is almost everything you could have done wrong, done wrong.

Can you provide those documents they are requesting?
I hate to say this, but the worst that can happen is you wait 6 months before you can withdraw all that money into your bank account.

I'm going to tell you to now go and get the stealth guide.
This will teach you most of what you need to avoid problems that you are facing now in the future. Once you study it, you post threads in the forum for additional info when you need it.

Can you tell us what you were selling ? and your paypal was new ?

You need to be far more careful. What is happening to you is horrible and I sympathize, but it is nobody's fault but your own. Learn and grow, all you can do.

both paypals were atleast 6+ months old, but i recently started to sell on the second one and within 4 sales, automatically limited..

One major problem is you were sending money to another PayPal it's in OP other thread.

The answers to the mystery is slowly coming out - sigh, so hard to divine everything going on.

Selling high risk items? 4 sales with high amounts in 1 week? No bank i.e. no verification?

And sending money between accounts as well? Very risky behaviour

Well.. the money isn't GONE.. its just gonna be 6 months before you get your hands on it. You can try buying docs on secondeye or similar and submitting if your accounts aren't in your name. If that goes through, get your money out and figure out what you're doing before you sell other stuff.

Let me share my story,
I was selling home appliance with a monthly sales of $10000 . So, my first account got limited because they asked me to provide TAX information so I linked my another account. After one month the second account "has $4300" got limited and they asked me to provide ID+ADDRESS+INVOICES , so I provided them but they again asked me more information. While I was providing the requested information, I got a message which mentioned my account has been limited permanently due to HIGH RISK INDUSTRY and LINKED ACCOUNTS. They didn't wait even for my documents.
I called PP and asked for a supervisor so the lady couldn't help me but send me this message :
If you want to serve PayPal with a lawsuit or subpoena, you have to follow the applicable rules under state or federal law governing service of process. It is your responsibility to determine which rules apply to your particular circumstance.
All civil subpoenas will need to be submitted to PayPal via our registered agent, CT Corporation, US Certified Mail, or a courier such as FedEx or UPS and should be sent to:

Attn: Legal Dept./Civil

San Jose, CA 95131

I hope you get your money ASAP but I think there is no way to get it before 180 days and back to Paypal.We should get the stealth guide and start over.

well honestly, i'm just going to take this FAT L and learn from it, i had bank linked and card and everything was 100% linked, not sure if it got linked through carelessness or just being greedy but it's all gone now, time to just **** the **** out of ebay and start over, gg!

I would suggest getting the Stealth Book and if you have already re read it. DO a little more research on these boards read some more and try again.

As far as the other being that they are limited and money seized for right now...
You can try the uploading a picture of a dog over and over until possibly being reinstated. Someone from China actually did it!! ha

Or you will just have to wait the 180 days til you get the funds are now eligible for withdrawal email. For the one that you have a bank account attached, keep the bank account alive til you withdraw the funds to it after the 180.

For the other pp account that did not have a bank account attached. Do not worry the money is not lost. You can either do this, go onto the paypal account NOW and add a bank account or prepaid cc with an address you have access to. Because after you receive the 180 day email its harder to get them to add that stuff. But RIGHT now you should be able to without a problem.

Second choice isI have had this trouble as recently I had some funds eligible for withdrawal on several paypal accounts. What I did was add a prepaid card with my shipping address(one I have access to) as the billing address, enter whatever address you want the check to be mailed to as the billing address for the card. Go to wallet and add it, it may give you an error saying they can not process it at this time, some sort of error.

Just keep entering it and resubmitting it, keep clicking the button over and over again until it says complete and confirms the card added. IT WORKS, just have to be patient and reclick.

IMPORTANT! When you make the billing address in the Address line section, you can enter PAY TO THE ORDER OF and then your name, or ATT and your name.

That way even though the check that is mailed to you will have the stealth name on the check it will have your name on it as well. I have cashed MANY checks this way at the ATM with no problems. Trick is just to have your name in the billing address some where.

Once you have added your prepaid card to your wallet, go ahead and request a withdrawal by check. It should allow you to choose the shipping address which would be the billing address you just added with the new prepaid card.

and there you go. In a few days or weeks you will get a check in the mail to the address you chose with your name on the check, sign it and deposit it into your bank account by way of ATM.

You can try calling. I recently got my ID limits lifted by a nice guy who let me just to phone verification. He literally sent me a text message, I gave him the pin number and he lifted the limit.

Also, if that doesn't work, file a BBB case after 30 days of limitation. I have about a 50% success rate with this. Explain your situation, how you need the money, etc. Sometimes they'll release the money early.

I LOVE hearing people get limited as they have 2 to 8k in their accounts. I absolutely know they are doing shady **** to be able to make 8k legit in a month. (legit meaning totally not legit)

Also love it because it shows lack of common sense leaving that amount and then they come in asking for advice leaving out KEY DETAILS. You think it helps when you dont mention KEY DETAILS?

i think you can still break up the trade on ebay and refund ur customers even if ur paypal account is limited

afterwards you could ask your customers to pay you again
