[Guide] How to add NEW PP to an eBay account with limited PP

Yes, eBay allows this but you have to take it slow because you are starting over again on Paypal.

Disclaimer: there are no guarantees that this will last for a long time because there are too many variables to consider, but if you are open to try, here are the proper steps:

1. Start on brand new fresh browser
2. Log in to eBay and go to the listing page
3. Go down to Payment options > Email address for receiving payment box

4. Put in your Paypal new email address
5. Fund from sales will now flow to your new PP

I tried this recently for multiple accts, all ebay accts got suspended for MC013 in a couple hours after I submit the listings, even when I dont have any sales. It is clearly a high risk activity when you link you ebay to pp no.1 but collect money by pp no.2. In this way, people could have used an unverified pp to collect money.

Well, there's your problem... "unverified pp". You have to verify it first. Obviously you don't know what you are doing...

That's a very easy way to get yourself linked and shut down again.
If you actually do want to go this route then do it right.
Start with a new fresh and dedicated device and new fresh and solid IP solution.
Change EVERYTHING on the ebay account to actually match the new paypal account. Make sure the name on the new paypal account shares the last name as the ebay account - not the first name. Change the email address on ebay, the phone number, the address - to match the new paypal. Verify the paypal with a VBA (dont add your own bank account - no point in 'burning' it before you know this is actually working).
Now create a history for the account using all this info for at least a week. if you have the option to add a VCC and make a coupe of small purchases as well all the better.
Then and only then attempt to list items using the step mentioned above.
Takes more time - but your chances of success increase dramatically.

You don't have to change anything on eBay. I've done this countless times, accounts are fine.

I have linked 3-4 Paypal accounts with the same eBay account and never had a problem.

Hi! I have ebay account registered on my name and my UA address (from 2008). Recently my account was verified. But there is a problem with my Paypal account (UA). They said that my transactions have a financial risk and they close my account. I plan to wait for the closing of all the cases in my favor and I will appeal.
I need your advice. Which paypal account I can use with my old ebay account? Can I buy paypal acc on this forum - US/UK/other? or I have to add a new UA PayPal account registered for example on my father?

While this can work I find it has a limited shelf life

I personally also unlink the old PayPal as well both as a fee reimbursement method and in the account section

Generally the second PayPal will still get shut down after 2/3 months (at least in the UK) but its better than nothing

There are a few extra steps that you can take in increase that but its a bit hit and miss as to how well it works

Doing things the way I described above though can prolong that. Ive done it this way on several accounts - theyre still up and running 3-4 years later

You wish you were right... Using a totally different PP on eBay to accept payments is perfectly fine according to eBay rules. My accounts are still running 5years later...

Maximum of 2 PP can be used on 1 eBay account

Seems like not everyone can see the box where you have to put your paypal email.

Is it okay if I unlink my old paypal account which is limited now and create a new steath paypal account and just make a new payment policy with that account and in this way collect money to that new account?

It will generally last a few weeks to a few months if your lucky and then get limited

It may work for years, but a lot of the time its only a few weeks to a few months in my experience on UK accounts

Maybe it would be a good idea to let the ebay account 'cool off' after the pp attached to it got limited for some time? Let's say a month?
