ADD Another bank account on my paypal.

just changed my mobile on paypal old one not in use ,how long need to wait , i can another bank account on paypal. as it always ask me to wait another day error message.

Just to clarify, whenever you try to add the bank account, it says to wait another day?

yes, try to add, every time it says try later or another day.

If you call in, you can usually talk to a robot (no rep involved) and have the bank account added that way.

Yes.

You would go to the "help" section of your Paypal account and get a code to call in with. When you call you'll be given options to choose from. I can't remember which, but one of the options will get you to the point where you can add a new bank account through an automated process. I've done it twice and have never needed to talk with a rep.

Yes, as PhazOrs said get the 6 digit paypal code and phone them. Its all automated so when asked reply 'add bank' and just follow the spoken instructions to enter account and sort code via your phone keypad. Its all quite easy and no operative to speak to. Best to use the phone you have registered in your paypal account.
