Using Ebay shipping

Hi, does anyone use Ebay shipping to print postage?

I was wondering if it's:

1) Safe to use with stealth accounts
2) If actual ship from address can be put in without issues from ebay?

I was attempting to link my Paypal to my ebay to pay for postage. It won't link for some reason even though all of the information is the same and there is money available in the paypal account.

Help please.
