Signing up to entropay

I used to have a well running entropay account and recently they applied restrictions to many countries.

Is there anyway I can sign up for entropay and top up the account?

In the past entropay used to allow any country to sign up. Few months back they sent an email to me saying that they can't serve to my country's account.

Yep you can just use a VPN and then sign up as if your from another country

Yes I can do that but how to fund the vcc in entropay?
