after you sell your first item on ebay you get 21 day hold. but how many minutes or hours after successful sale
and do you get 21 day hold if the sale was made off ebay?

The 21 day holds will be on the account as soon as you get the money

Usually PayPal will also have holds on off eBay sales until you have trading history with them

I assure you the hold was there the instant you got the payment.
The fact you could not 'see' it was being held does not mean the hold is not there.
